The annexe is completely self contained unit, comprising of a conservatory (used as a dining room) this leads into a kitchen, (fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave and dishwasher).
Stairs then lead to a sitting room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms all nicely furnished with spectacular views. Both bedrooms have televisions, hairdryers, and tea/coffee facilites.
The sitting room is very comfortable and has a bed settee, also a
tv and DVD player, and a selection of books and DVDs in case
of inclement weather.
There is a patio area, and deck chairs, a gas barbecue, and a patio heater are available on request. Guests are very welcome to use
the garden. There is also ample parking.
Items supplied:
All bed linen, towels, tea towels, new dish cloth,
washing up liquid, and 4 toilet rolls.
Central heating is included in the price.
Electricity is via a £1 coin meter.
The water supply is from a well.
An advanced grocery order will be purchased upon request. |
